I took a long trip to Wisconsin, and had a really bad internet connection, so updating was near impossible. But I did learn one thing on my trip, Wisconsin is probably to most upfront lottery I've ever seen. They put both the odds and the expected prize return on every ticket. And I mean every ticket. Scratch-offs have all the odds on the back of the ticket, and here's the kicker, they print the odds of winning each prize and the prize payout on every on-line ticket. So whatever you play, the odds of winning the jackpot, or the odds of winning 2 bucks, or the odds of winning anything at all, they are all right there on the ticket. Every state should do this. It looks good on press releases, and makes players more knowledgable about their odds of winning, no matter how good or bad.Plus they have an awesome 2nd chance drawing for all their games, and it's a permanent deal, not a limited time thing. Ten $1,000 winners every week, indefinately.
If they could bump up their scratch payouts and bring back ball drawings, they'd really have something there. Hey, they already have Culver's.
