3 Things

It's been a while, mostly because I've been on the road, but I got 3 bits of news for you.

First, in Ohio, Ten-OH has got a promotion in August where they pay out 50% more than usual. That creates a 79.4% prize return, and a top prize of $750,000 instead of the normal $500K. Only catch, it's only on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. It's definately worth throwing money at.

Second, Florida (where I was) is adding a new a play option to Cash 3 called 1-Off. It allows players to win if their digits are one off the winning digit. So if you play 123, you can also win if 234 is drawn, or 124, or 023, or 014, etc. It's a bit confusing, so they'll print all the potential winning numbers on each ticket. I don't know when it goes online however, stay tuned.

And third, Georgia introduced a new game the first of the month called Georgia Five. This is a five digit game, similar to Quinto in PA, but with a key difference. While Quinto is set up like a pick-3 or 4 with straight and box plays, Georgia Five is set up like Encore in Ontario, or the Kicker in Ohio, where you match each digit, in order, from front to back. This creates much better odds of winning a prize. You can go to the GA Lottery website for more info, at least until I do a proper review. That's all for now, keep watching for updates.
